- Set date for June Picnic as June 20th - Guest Speaker Loree Peery, LD2 Vice Chair gave her expectations and plans - Feedback on participation at the Lewiston Town Hall with former Reps LaRacco and Stallings

- Update on transfer of funds to Lewis-Clark Credit Union - Discussion on reorganization of the Central Committee including continued Review of Job Duties

- Discussion and Decision regarding the closing of the local US Bank branch. Voted to move funds to Lewis-Clark Credit Union. Treasurer will take the lead. -- Sandy Goffinet resigned as the Committee's Chair. Reviewed the current Job Duties to see where changes can be made. Asked Precinct Captains to work on recruitment.

- Overview of 2024 Accomplishments - Proposal to have a non-official no-host coffee social on the Saturday of the week following the meeting (9 days after mtg).
